Arriba Advisors Welcomes Jon Dyer, CMA, to Esteemed Firm

TAMPA, FLORIDA, — Arriba Advisors, a leading strategic advisory firm with a history steeped in over 150 years of combined industry experience, is excited to announce the addition of Jon Dyer, CMA, to the team. With a robust background in financial analysis and accounting, Dyer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Arriba Advisors team.

A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dyer joins Arriba Advisors after impressive experiences at FIS and Lesaffre, where he honed his skills in financial modeling, variance analysis and client management. At Lesaffre, Dyer managed general accounting tasks, consolidated financial statements for multiple legal entities, and provided detailed sales and revenue variance reports for multiple business units.

Following his time at Lesaffre, Dyer joined FIS, where he worked on the client experience finance team. In this role, he built out the reporting for managing headcount and costs for approximately 8,000 employees, focusing on professional services and onboarding. His responsibilities also included monthly variance analysis and financial reporting for several Client Experience business lines, including cards and money movement, wealth and retirement products, and commercial services.

His extensive experience in handling large data sets and presenting clear and concise financial information to stakeholders positions him as an asset to Arriba Advisors. In his new role at the firm, Dyer will focus on contract and invoice analysis, creating financial models for clients, and ensuring their contract terms remain competitive.

Dyer said his analytical skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in supporting Arriba Advisors’ mission to provide top-notch financial advisory services.
